The expansive property is beautifully integrated into the forest, making for a peaceful retreat. However, reaching the room can be cumbersome due to buggy delays, and the breakfast menu could use more variety. Still, the staff's attentiveness made the experience memorable overall.

great amenities, but service inconsistencies
The overall hospitality was outstanding, especially with Sahil from In Room Dining who was always accommodating. Our villa was not only impeccably clean but also provided stunning views of the surrounding nature. The children's menu was impressive. my kids loved the fresh, high-quality food that was both delicious and healthy.
The service at dinner could have been quicker.

The resort offers a large, beautiful space with serene pathways, perfect for family strolls and exploring. We loved the activities for kids and the delightful in-house dining, especially working with Chef Hemant, who made our meals memorable. Plus, they welcomed our non-service dog!
For dads, it would be great if dining had fewer delays.
